PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording control method which can stabilize a record grade and achieve stable recording in which a read-unable error is hard to take place. SOLUTION: In a step S1-4 or a step S1-8, it is detected that a power supply voltage of a spindle driving means which carries out the rotational driving of the optical disk has fallen to a level lower than a threshold level. In a step S1-6 or a step S1-10, the rotation speed of the optical disk by the spindle driving means is reduced, and the number of multiplication for recording speed is lowered and in a step S1-9 or a step S1-11, recording is continued.
