PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder program execution device capable of improving throughput. SOLUTION: A program converting means 1 generates an execution code 102 from a ladder program 101. A non-execution determination flag showing whether or not subsequent instructions are made into a non-execution mode when what kind of a value an operation result of an instruction is and non-execution determination data showing the number of instructions to be made into the non-execution mode are imparted to the execution code 102. A non-execution determining means 6 determines the execution/non-execution of an instruction on the basis of the non-execution determination data of the execution code 102 in the case of executing the instruction.
