PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a component contained in a taken sample liquid to be easily measured/analyzed by an absorption photometry or the like at site, with a structure having the size which can be carried to the site in a portable fashion. SOLUTION: In the structure, one or more kinds of filling agents each obtained by immobilizing a coloring agent to a granular carrier are contained in a small column that is in an approximately cylindrical form, and porous packing materials are arranged at both sides of the filling agents; and the sample liquid is fed into the column so as to pass through the filling agents; and the sample liquid is brought into chemical reaction with the coloring agent immobilized to the filling agents, thereby enabling the sample liquid to be measured by the absorption photometry. Consequently, while the structure is compact to the extent of being carried in a portable fashion, the measurement/analysis using the absorption photometry can be carried out.
