PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent thick coating itself when at starting to coat, and to improve production efficiency. SOLUTION: A method for coating by delivering a coating liquid 88 as a form of a strip from a delivering slit 92 of a slide bead coater 84 and flowing down the coating liquid 88 on a slide surface 86 of the slide bead coater 84 so as to form a bridge of a coating liquid between a running aluminum web 12 and the slide bead coater 84 comprises forming a bridging point for the bridge of the coating liquid by spraying liquid drops between the coating liquid flowing on the slide surface 86 and/or the aluminum web 12 and the slide bead coater 84.
