<p>Provided is a circuit board device, wherein a GND connecting position between a plurality of printed boards is permitted to have degrees of freedom, and noise shield and/or heat sink effects can be obtained. An electronic device and a GND connecting method are also provided. A circuit board device (100) is provided with a pair of printed boards (110, 120), a noise generating component (112) and/or a heat generating component (122), and a metal plate (140). The printed boards (110, 120) have mounting surfaces and GND connecting terminals (111, 121) arranged on the mounting surfaces, respectively, and the mounting surfaces are arranged to face each other. The noise generating component (112) and/or the heat generating component (122) is mounted at least on one mounting surface of the printed boards (110, 120). The metal plate (140) is arranged between the mounting surfaces of the printed boards (110, 120), and is mounted separated from the noise generating component (112) and/or the heat generating component (122) but to overlap the noise generating component and/or the heat generating component. Furthermore, the metal plate (140) is connected to the GND connecting terminals (111, 121), respectively, so that the GND connecting terminals (111, 121) are electrically connected to each other.</p> |
