A micro coaxial cable is provided to transmit signals without signal interference even when transmitting a super high frequency of a GHz band. A micro coaxial cable includes an internal conductor(21), an insulation layer(23), an over-foaming shielding layer(25), a metal shielding layer(27), and a protective covering layer(24). The insulation layer has a foaming cell, and surrounds the internal conductor. The over-foaming shielding layer surrounds the insulation layer to uniformly form the foaming cell. The metal shielding layer surrounds the over-foaming shielding layer. The protective covering layer surrounds the metal shielding layer.
