A mortar pump control device is provided to effectively prevent a trouble and a malfunction of the mortar pump caused by vibration, moisture and dusts by connecting a relief vent pressure control valve to a relief valve. A hydraulic pump(29) is connected to a relief valve(34) and a piston direction changing valve(27). Hydraulic cylinder A and B(21,23) are connected to a mortar pump control device in the piston direction changing valve. The hydraulic pump is connected to a piston position sensing valve(28) having neutral and bidirectional hydraulic paths. An outlet of the piston position sensing valve is connected to the piston direction changing valve. The tops of hydraulic cylinder A and B are connected to each other through a connector hose. Pilot pressure generator A and B(25,26) are installed individually on the tops of the hydraulic cylinder A and B. Both ends of the piston position sensing valve are connected to the pilot pressure generator A and B, and the relief valve are connected to a relief vent pressure control valve(32).
