A device for hot and cold stimulation of skin through a thermoelectric module is provided to stabilize temperature control, to improve the cooling efficiency, to increase an electric energy applied to the skin more safely, and to maximize skin stimulation effects. A device for hot and cold stimulation of skin includes: a unipolar electrode(50) for generating an electric stimulus signal; a cooling pin(52) combined with the unipolar electrode; thermoelectric modules(54a,54b) for supplying cold air and hot air by turns; cooling blocks(56a,56b) making a surface come in contact with the thermoelectric modules to cool heat generated from the thermoelectric modules; and a circulation hose connection unit(58). A space(60) filled with an insulator is formed between the cooling blocks and the unipolar electrode to prevent a direct thermal conductivity. A temperature sensor(62) measures temperature of the unipolar electrode.
