A street sweeping vehicle equipped with a noise buffering device is provided to primarily and secondarily dampen the noise generated by a blower by installing first and second noise buffering ducts on an outlet of a blower housing, and on a lower end of a waste container respectively, to empty and clean the blower housing full with the dirt and debris by disassembling detachable flanges installed on two ends of the first noise buffering duct, and to replace damaged sound absorbing materials installed on the second noise buffering duct by simply unscrewing the fasteners. A street sweeping vehicle equipped with a noise buffering device has a first noise buffering duct(10) installed on an outlet. First and second noise absorbing materials(11,12) are installed on an inner surface of the first noise buffering duct. A reinforcing plate is integrally installed on an inner side of a sub-frame(21) installed on an upper end of a lower body frame of a waste container. A floor plate is installed on a lower end of the reinforcing plate. A guide duct(25) is integrally connected to the first noise buffering duct in a forward direction. Sound damping materials(27) are installed on a second sound buffering duct(20) by fasteners fixed on the reinforcing plates and the guide duct. The fasteners are bolts having threaded grooves, and supporting washers and nuts are screwed to the bolts to securely fix the sound damping material in place. On two ends of the first noise buffering duct, connection flanges are installed. The connection flanges are detachably coupled to flanges disposed on front ends of the outlet and the guide duct.
