<p>The surface has a flexible link (3) connecting a floating pontoon (1) to an anchoring point (30) e.g. concrete block, located at bottom of water. A boat (2) is tied on both sides of the pontoon which has a connection unit (4) i.e. ring, with upper and lower hasps (41, 42) respectively extending above and below a plane (P) from an upper surface (13) of the pontoon. The flexible link is fixed to the lower hasp such that tractive forces exerted by the boat are directly distributed on the link during tying of the boat on the upper hasp.</p> |
