<p>A method of implementing online maintenance in communication network, includes: recording, in any communication device of the communication network, communication data going through the communication device itself when the communication device has detected online a maintenance request; collecting, by an online maintenance server set in the communication network, online the communication data recorded in all the communication devices, and analyzing the communication data to find out a fault reason of the communication network. In the method, communication devices are triggered via a maintenance request to objectively record communication data, and an online maintenance server is set for analyzing the collected communication data to find out the fault reason. In this way, the communication procedure and maintenance procedure are separately performed, which is convenient for the communication service provider to solve problems.</p> |
