A non-slip using photoluminescent materials is provided to light up stairs visually by forming a plane frame and a side frame with photoluminescent materials and to prevent noise occurrence by installing a pad on the lower part of the plane frame. A non-slip using photoluminescent materials comprises a plane frame(20) attached to stairs and provided with a fitting groove widening toward the lower part, a pad coupling groove formed on the lower part of the plane frame, a side frame(23) formed on the other side of the plane frame and provided with a side groove, and a photoluminescent member(25), a pad(26) and a photoluminescent bar(27) coupled to the fitting groove, the pad coupling groove and the side groove, wherein an adhesive member is attached on the lower part of the plane frame and the side frame to attach with stairs, and the plane frame and the side frame are made of rustproof and elastic metal materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, etc. and formed at an interior angle(alpha) of 80~90°. In addition, a fastening groove is formed on the side frame instead of the side groove and fitted with an advertising plate not to mar the appearance of the stairs by many advertising attachments, wherein the advertising plate is manufactured with photoluminescent materials to function as a signboard with bright light and to guide pedestrians together with the photoluminescent bar with dark light. |
