A press device for mounting a fixing-ring with a safety control unit is provided to start a solenoid valve driving a clutch for regulating driving force by pressing two switches installed to two ends of table at the same time. A press device for mounting a fixing-ring with a safety control unit comprises a press(10), a driving motor, two safety plates(20), and two push switches(21,21'). The press includes a rotational pulley(11) mounted on a table(2) with legs. The motor is mounted within the table to drive the press. The press further includes a punch(12), and a die(13). The punch moves up and down. The die is located under the punch. A solenoid valve(14) causes driving force of the rotational pulley to be transmitted to the punch through the clutch. Two safety plates are separated from each other on the table. The push switches are installed beneath the safety plate. The safety plates are installed to two ends of the die of the press, and moved up and down by the push switches. Only when both safety switches are pressed, each push switch is communicated with each other electrically, and driving force of the rotationally pulley is transmitted to the punch through the clutch by operation of the solenoid valve.
