摘要 A signal control device for an optical disc and a computer-readable recording medium with a program for controlling an optical disc device are provided to adjust a level of a DC signal of a binary circuit to a level at which jitter of a binary signal is minimized. A signal control device for an optical disc comprises a binary circuit(5), a jitter detecting circuit, an AD(Analog to Digital) converter, a register, a microcomputer, a RAM(Random Access Memory), and a DA converter. The binary circuit includes a condenser(21), a comparing circuit(22), a charge pump circuit(23), a low pass filter(24), an adder circuit(25), and a resistor(26). The condenser is contacted between an RF(Radio Frequency) amplifier(4) and a '+' input terminal of the comparing circuit to cut off DC components of an RF signal from the RF amplifier and to supply AC components of the RF signal to the '+ input terminal of the comparing circuit. The comparing circuit outputs a binary signal of high level when an overlap signal is in a higher level than a standard signal and outputs the binary signal of low level as the overlap signal is in a lower level of the standard signal. The charge pump circuit decreases the amount of current supplied to the low pass filter on the basis of the binary signal of the high level and increases the amount of the current supplied to the low pass filter on the basis of the binary signal for the low level. The low pass filter converts the current from the charge pump circuit to voltage and outputs a DC signal. The adder circuit outputs a DC signal which is formed by adding the DC signal of the low pass filter with a DC signal of the DA converter, to the resistor. One end of the resistor is connected to a contact line between the '+' input terminal of the comparing circuit and the condenser and the other end thereof is connected to an output of the adder circuit.
