An apparatus for recovering organic solvents is provided to improve substantially recovery efficiency of the organic solvents by optionally operating a plurality of exhaust gas-filled tanks by an automated process, thereby consistently separating and recovering the organic solvents from exhaust gas continuously exhausted. In an apparatus(100) for recovering organic solvents, comprising an oil-water mixing unit(110) for adsorbing and desorbing volatile organic solvents contained in exhaust gas exhausted through an exhaust duct of an exhaust gas exhausting system to form an aqueous solution in which the volatile organic solvents are mixed with water, and an oil-water separating unit(130) for separating water and organic solvents from an aqueous solution discharged from the oil-water mixing unit, the apparatus is characterized in that the oil-water mixing unit includes: an exhaust gas-filled tank(111) in which an organic solvent adsorbing unit(10) is embedded; an exhaust gas inflow pipe(112) for flowing the exhaust gas into the exhaust gas-filled tank; a heat exchanger(113) installed between the exhaust duct and the exhaust gas inflow pipe; a steam supply pipe(116) for supplying steam into the exhaust gas-filled tank to form a mixed solution in which the organic solvents are mixed with water by desorbing organic solvents adsorbed onto the organic solvent adsorbing unit; a cooling air supply pipe(114) for supplying cooling air into the exhaust gas-filled tank; an air exhaust pipe(115) for exhausting purified air to the outside of the exhaust gas-filled tank after volatile organic solvents contained in the exhaust gas are desorbed; and a steam discharge pipe(117) for discharging the aqueous solution containing the volatile organic solvents and water to the oil-water separating unit in the form of steam.
