An automatic greasing apparatus is provided to be able to automatically grease wheels of a sintering trailer, grease a roll bearing and a sprocket bearing of the sintering trailer wheels at a time, and accurately grease the sintering trailer wheels. An apparatus for automatically greasing wheels of a sintering trailer comprises: a grease gun(140) installed in one zone of a moving path of the sintering trailer wheels; a grease supply source for supplying grease into the grease gun; and a pneumatic pressure source for supplying pneumatic pressure into the grease gun, wherein the grease gun includes: an elastic pivot type bar member(140A) which is provided with an injection part(150) at one end thereof, and in which a longitudinal flow path is formed; a reciprocating bar member(140B) of which one end is connected to the other end of the pivot type bar member by a pin(162), and which has a longitudinal flow path connected to the flow path of the elastic pivot type bar member, and a pneumatic triggering lever(164) projected from a side portion thereof; a grease adjusting mechanism(170) which optionally supplies the grease to the flow path of the reciprocating bar member by receiving grease from the grease supply source, and presses the grease toward one end of the reciprocating bar member while housing the other end of the reciprocating bar member; and a pneumatic pressure adjusting mechanism(180) linked with the pneumatic pressure source and the flow path of the reciprocating bar member. |
