CD4 T cells are provided to induce mitigation of dermatitis and its symptoms including itching and skin inflammation by increasing expression of interleukin 12 when they are administered through injection, so that they are useful for treating atopic dermatitis. A composition for treating atopic dermatitis comprises CD4 T cells activated in a medium containing GM-CSF(granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor), IFN-gamma(interferon-gamma), TNF-alpha(tumor necrosis factor-alpha), lectin, IL-2(interleukin 2) and IL-4, wherein the CD4 T cell is an autologous cell isolated from patients. |
