A cavity noise prevention apparatus for a tail-gate of a vehicle is provided to cover a gap between a tail gate and a loop panel by being operated according to a pressure difference between an upper end of the loop panel and a cavity of the tail gate. A cavity noise prevention apparatus for a tail-gate of a vehicle comprises: a shielding panel(10) provided to be opened/closed for opening or closing a gap between a tail gate(2) and a loop panel(4), and a shielding panel operating unit(12) opening/closing the shielding panel so that the shielding panel covers the gap between the tail gate and loop panel by a pressure difference between the tail gate and cavity.
