A heat resistant insert for supporting a ceiling of a building is provided to prevent the insert from being incinerated when the building is caught in a fire by manufacturing a shaft of the insert from non-flammable metal material, and to increase the coupling force and durability of the insert embedded in the concrete by disposing protruding pieces on an outer circumference of the shaft. A heat resistant insert(100) embedded in concrete for supporting a ceiling of a building has a body(110). The body is manufactured in cylindrical, square, or hexagonal shape, and has at least one nail insert hole(111) around the body for fixing the insert on a molding panel. A shaft(120) integrally extends from the body, and the shaft is made from non-flammable metal material. The shaft has a coupling part(121) at the center, and threaded grooves(122) are disposed within the coupling part. On an outer circumference of the shaft, protruding pieces(124) are disposed for increasing the coupling force of the insert to the concrete. Nail insert holes(124a) are disposed on the protruding pieces for holding the tips of nails driven through the nails holes disposed on the body of the insert.
