A portable and disposable ice making cup is provided to make an ice cup by a simple method of storing and freezing water in an ice making portion between an inner cup and an outer cup. A portable and disposable ice making cup includes an outer cup(120), an inner cup(110) and a cover portion(130). The inner cup is inserted into the outer cup to make an ice making portion(101) in a gap with the outer cup. The cover portion seals the upper end opening portion of the ice making portion. The cover portion is integrally formed on the upper side portion of the main wall of the inner cup. A holding portion(131) that is hung on and fixed on an upper end curling portion(121) of the outer cup is integrally formed on the outer edge.
