The shoe has a lower shell (1) comprising a shoe sole, and a shaft (2) surrounding the shell. The shaft is separated into inner and outer shaft parts (5, 4) that are fastened to the shell through spherical joints (6, 7). A coupling plate (8) forms an articulated connection between the shaft parts through swivel joints (9, 10), such that the plate and the shaft parts in connection with the spherical joints and swivel joints form a spatial four-joint. One of the shaft parts is provided with an impulse joint, and axes of the swivel joints are arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis of the shell.
