An image forming apparatus is provided to achieve uniform electric charge by preventing untransferred toner, remained on a photosensitive medium, and improve image quality due to preventing the remains of traces at the next image by the untransferred toner. An image forming unit(10) includes a photosensitive medium(11) where a toner image is formed. An antistatic unit(30) is disposed in a lower part of the photosensitive medium, and removes electric potential of the photosensitive medium so that untransferred toner, remained on the photosensitive medium after the toner image of the photosensitive medium is transferred to the other medium, can be easily separated.
