<p>A bicycle bottom bracket structure is provided that has a dynamo 28 for generating electricity when the rider is pedaling the bicycle. The dynamo 28 has a stationary part 70 fixed to a portion of a bicycle frame 14 and a rotational part 71 coupled to rotate relative to the portion of the bicycle frame 14. Preferably, the rotational part 71 of the dynamo is coupled to an axle 22 of the bicycle bottom bracket structure via a planetary gear unit 30. Thus, the planetary gear unit 30 is coupled between the axle 22 and the rotational part 71 of the dynamo 28 such that the rotational part 71 of the dynamo 28 rotates at a faster speed than the axle.
