Turbocharger for internal combustion engines

The turbocharger (1) has variable turbine geometry with an exhaust gas turbine (2) and an electrical actuator (4) to vary the turbine geometry. A compressor (3) driven by exhaust turbine, which has compressor housing (7) with a pivoted compressor wheel (8). The actuator has a detachable housing cover (5) and a housing (6) which forms an integral component of the compressor housing.
