CERAMIC COMPONENT AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

A ceramic component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent cracks from being formed on the ceramic component by forming an interface between a ceramic sheet and an insulation ceramic base using a diffusion bonding layer. A functional ceramic sheet(200) is formed on a previously sintered insulation ceramic base(100) by using an anchor-type diffusion bonding layer. At least one pair of inner electrodes(210,210a) are embedded on the functional ceramic sheet. An external electrode(500) is electrically connected to the inner electrode. A functional ceramic paste is changed into a functional ceramic sheet on the information ceramic base via printing and drying processes. The functional ceramic film is pressed to increase a density. Functional oxidizing materials in the functional ceramic film are diffused into the insulation ceramic base by using a sintering process.
