<p>A distal part assembling type femoral stem considering modulus of elasticity is provided to prevent the pain in a femoral portion, to intercept stress, and to prevent the loss of bone in the distal portion. A screw thread(41) is located from a distal part to the inside of a body in the distal part of femoral of an artificial hip joint in a distal part assembling type femoral stem considering modulus of elasticity. On the lower part of the screw thread, an assembling portion in a conical shape(42) is formed. A polymer distal rod(43a) or a bio-absorbable distal rod(43b) having modulus of elasticity that is equal to that of a human body is inserted into the distal portion. The bio-absorbable rod made of bio-absorbable material(polylactic acid) is gradually absorbed.</p> |
