An opposite substrate(200) includes the second base substrate opposite to the first base substrate. A common electrode is arranged on the second base substrate and receives the common voltage from the first and second common voltage lines. The first conductive spacer(150) is interposed between the array substrate and the opposite substrate and electrically connects the first common voltage line and the common electrode. The second conductive spacer(160) is interposed between the array substrate and the opposite substrate and electrically connects the second common voltage line and the common electrode.
