A plasma display panel device is provided to improve heat-radiating characteristics by forming a contacting state between at least two sides of a chip and a thermal pad having a depressed part corresponding to a shape of the chip. A plasma display panel device includes a chip and a thermal pad. A driving circuit of a plasma display panel is mounted in the chip. A depressed part corresponding to a shape of the chip is formed on a predetermined part of the thermal pad which comes in contact with the chip. The thermal pad includes an upper thermal pad and a lower thermal pad. The chip is positioned between the upper thermal pad and the lower thermal pad. A heat-sink comes in contact with the upper thermal pad in order to radiate heat from the chip to the outside. A heat-radiating plate comes in contact with the lower thermal pad.
