The multi-spindle drilling machine (100) has multiple drill spindle cartridges (1), each of which has a spindle (2) axially placed in a spindle sleeve (4) in a firm and rotation free manner. A guide sleeve (6) is provided, which surrounds the spindle sleeve in sections. A determining device (10) is provided, which determines by positive locking between guide sleeve and spindle sleeve. A housing (110) is provided, which has a main housing (112), in which multiple inlets (120) are arranged with mounting and fixing position for the drill spindle cartridges, and is formed in a single piece.
