A food composition for postpartum care containing fucoidan is provided to improve the quality such as dispersion and solubility and to reinforce the nutrition of a food composition. A food composition for postpartum care comprises 500-1,000 mg of fucoidan; 1,500-3,000 mg of mannitol; 1,500-2,000 mg of an extract of old pumpkin; 500-1,000 mg of alginic acid; 500-1,000 mg of the powder of the juice of various vegetables; 2,000-3,000 mg of soybean protein; colostrum powder; seaweed calcium; magnesium, casein phosphopeptide, vitamin D3; and folic acid.
