A liquid lens module is provided to improve operation reliability by simplifying a structure for applying current to the liquid lens module, and to make the size small by applying current through an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit board). A liquid lens module for controlling the focus by electrowetting comprises a fluid chamber having an open space part; two kinds of fluid injected into the fluid chamber, wherein two kinds of fluid having different refractive indexes are separated by an interface; a transparent plate for sealing and combining the opened part of the fluid chamber by an adhesion unit; two electrodes disposed to act on the fluid contained in the fluid chamber; and an FPC connecting unit(100) having two contact parts(110,120) equipped with terminal units(150,160) contacting with two electrodes of the liquid lens module, respectively.
