An overloading restriction system for an autotruck is provided to prevent overloading of freights by restricting the overloaded vehicle by operating a rear brake at the time of overloading. An overloading restriction system for an autotruck comprises: a freight loading box(11) of the autotruck, a leaf spring(12) provided at one side of a bottom of the freight loading box, a hydraulic pump(13) provided between the freight loading box and the leaf spring, being operated according to loading of the freight, a brake operated by fluid flowed according to operation of the hydraulic pump, an overloading determination unit provided to an overloading prevention line formed between the hydraulic pump and brake for determining overloading of the autotruck.
