A code channel allocating and multi-user detecting method in wireless communication system, the code channel allocating method includes: establishing the corresponding relation between a channel estimation window and a channelization code, wherein the channel estimation window corresponding to the said channelization code comprises the all channel estimation windows corresponding to the all spread spectrum code branch of the node where the channelization code lies on, and allocating the code channel according to the established corresponding relation. In the code channel allocating method of the present invention, the established corresponding relation between the channel estimation window and the channelization code/channelization code number is one to more, thus when the multi-user detecting is performed, the channelization code/channelization code number determined by the active channel estimation window is unique, thereby the efficiency of the multi-user detecting process is improved.
