A laver separating device designed to separate laver which is passed through a dryer from a culture net easily in case that a chain conveyor is operated to move a culture net rack mounted with the culture net two by two is provided to improve productivity and reduce the total working cost. A laver separating device comprises: a discharge roller(20) for separating dried laver from a culture net; a culture net pressing part(32); an auxiliary culture net pressing part(12); and a control part(45) with a control member for controlling the culture net pressing part. The discharge roller contains a hollow type suction roller(22) connected to a suction pump(27) to suck laver and having a plurality of suction holes(23) and a rotating roller(25). The control member is a disk type rotating plate(40) in which an interference surface is protruded on an outer peripheral rim of one side to be interfered to the control part connected to a fixing shaft(32) of the culture net pressing part.
