A pneumatic safe sunroof is provided to improve an initial response speed for a safe function and to remove oppressive feeling of an occupant by discharging air capable of moving pistons through air discharge ports. A pneumatic safe sunroof comprises air tubes(100) installed at two sides of the sunroof in the longitudinal direction. A pump(200) is connected to one side of the air tubes(100) to supply or discharge air to/from the air tubes(100) under the control of a controller(300). Pistons(120) are installed in the air tubes(100), respectively, and connected to a sunroof glass(400) provided between the pistons(120). Air discharge ports(130) are formed in one side of the air tubes(100), respectively, to discharge air of a certain pressure required for closing the sunroof glass(400).
