An apparatus and a method for supplying a driving signal of an image sensor are provided to generate the driving signals where a cross point between the driving signals satisfy a predetermined operation specification even when the driving signals are applied at various levels of speed, thereby stably operating the image sensor and ensuring the reliability of a read image. A generating unit(600) generates and transmits a couple of driving signals having a speed of one level of plural levels. A filtering unit(610) respectively filters the transmitted couple of driving signals in association with each speed of the plural levels. A selecting unit(620) selectively outputs a filtering result, associated with the speed of the level of the couple of driving signals, among the plural filtering results.
