A method for recycling sewage sludge is provided to reduce the treatment cost substantially by efficiently producing solid granules with a water content of 5% from water-containing sewage sludge, and simplify structure of an apparatus, prevent the generation of a secondary pollution source and reduce the installation area of the apparatus by making it not necessary to install an auxiliary heating equipment. A method for recycling sewage sludge comprises: a pre-treatment process(100) of uniformly mixing supplied sewage sludge by a mixer to supply a sewage sludge mixture with a water content of 55 to 60%; a drying and pulverizing process(200) of separating water and solid granules having a water content of 5% from sewage sludge supplied through the pre-treatment process by a rotary impaction type drying and pulverizing machine using high speed centrifugal force; a discharge process of discharging the solid granules that have been separated in the drying and pulverizing process to the outside; and a scrubber process(300) of separating gas and liquid from the water that has been separated in the drying and pulverizing process to discharge the separated gas and liquid to the outside. The method further comprises an odor removing process(400) of purifying the gas that has been separated in the scrubber process to emit the purified gas into the atmosphere. Further, the purifying treatment of the scrubber process is an ozone and plasma treatment. |
