A safety lock device for a door of a vehicle is provided to forcedly prevent a door latch assembly from operating without being normally controlled by a control unit when the vehicle collides. A safety lock device for a door of a vehicle comprises: a control unit(56) controlling a locking state of the door(51), a door latch assembly(55) locking the door by being controlled by the control unit, and a locking prevention unit for preventing the door from being locked by the door latch assembly when the vehicle collides.
