A wireless network system and a method for transceiving data in a wireless network are provided to enable a station which does not receive a beacon frame or receives a damaged beacon frame to obtain schedule information within a super frame, thereby preventing delay of data transmission as increasing utility efficiency of the super frame. An MAC(Medium Access Control) unit(840) generates a beacon frame for configuring a super frame including at least more than one channel time block. A band manager(850) enables a station in a network to set a particular channel time block of the channel time blocks to a section where packets including predetermined control commands are transceived. A transmission unit(860) transmits the beacon frame including information on the setting through a predetermined communication channel.
