<p>The device (10) has an output shaft (20) and a lever (43) that is mobile with respect to a housing (12), where the output shaft controls a rail switch. A transmission mechanism transmits force from the lever to the output shaft and is constituted of a manually activating or input shaft (41), longitudinal slots (44, 46), an interlocked fixation bolt (56) e.g. detachable key, an angle transmission (40) and a reducer (18). The mechanism is configured such that the output shaft is driven over each path of the lever in same direction along successive sections of its displacement path. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manual operating of a rail switch (2) a method for utilizing a rail switch operating device.</p> |
