An air pressure sensing device for a vehicle tire is provided to improve assemblage and reliability by sensing air pressure of the tire using an optical fiber lattice sensing unit. An air pressure sensing device for a vehicle tire comprises: an optical fiber lattice sensing unit(10) generating an optical signal according to air pressure of a tire(2), a warning unit(20) for abnormality of the air pressure of the tire, and a controller(30) controlling the warning unit(20) according to the optical signal from the optical fiber lattice sensing unit.
