TRASPARENT HEATER AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

A transparent heater and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure a high heat-generation performance by having a thin nano material dense layer on a transparent substrate to reduce the distribution part of nano material. A transparent heater includes a transparent substrate(111), a nano material dense layer(116), and a terminal. The nano material dense layer is formed under a surface of the transparent substrate and has a structure including carbon nano tubes connected to each other. The terminal is connected to the nano material dense layer electrically. At least any one selected from a group consisting of a metallic oxide, a semiconductor, and a metal is attached to the carbon nano tubes. The nano material dense layer is formed in a structure that the carbon nano tubes are fused on the transparent substrate.
