<p>An electrode for a flexible display, a method for fabricating the same, and a flexible display having the same are provided to improve an adhesive force between a substrate and a transparent conductive film through the introduction of a buffer layer. An electrode(10) for a flexible display is formed on a plastic substrate(3) and includes a transparent conductive film(7) and a buffer layer(5). The transparent conductive film includes zinc oxide doped with gallium. The buffer layer includes a metallic oxide having any one metal selected from a group consisting of Al, Ti, Si, Zr, Hf, La, Ta, Mg, and a combination thereof between the plastic substrate and the transparent conductive film. The plastic substrate includes any one material selected from a group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polyethersulfone, polyacrylate, polynorbornene and a combination thereof.</p> |
