<p>The invention is directed to a microarray assay procedure that can be used for profiling the antibodies present in serum, plasma or blood. The assay may be used to identify antibodies and antigens that are characteristic of particular diseases or conditions. In addition, the invention includes specific antigens that are associated with prostate cancer, progressive benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and ovarian cancer.</p> |
