An organic light emitting display device and a method for fabrication the same are provided to prevent an error of an organic light emitting element from occurring due to a miss alignment of a mask pattern. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(100), a first insulation film(122), a second insulation film(124), a third insulation film(126), a first light emitting layer(210), a second light emitting layer(220), and a third light emitting layer(230). The substrate includes first, second, and third light emitting regions(A,B,C) spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals and repeated sequentially. The first insulation film is placed between the third light emitting region and the first light emitting region. A side of the first insulation film in a first light emitting region direction is slanted at a first angle. The second insulation film is placed between the first and second light emitting regions. Both sides of the second insulation film are vertical to the substrate. The third insulation film is placed between the second and third light emitting regions. A side of the third insulation film in a second light emitting region direction is slanted at a second angle. |
