A method for fabricating an electro luminescence display device is provided to prevent a process from being delayed due to loss of time and material according to measurement of a film thickness. A method for fabricating an electro luminescence display device includes the steps of: defining a panel portion(105) where a circuit and an element are formed and a panel outer unit(106); forming a thin film transistor, an insulation film, and a bottom electrode on the panel unit; forming organic films(160R,160G,160B) at the bottom electrode on the panel unit and at a predetermined region on the panel outer unit; forming a top electrode at the bottom substrate with the organic films; attaching an encapsulation substrate with a hole to a predetermined region of the bottom substrate; and measuring the thickness of the organic films by using the hole. |
