The invention relates to an ophthalmic display comprising an optical imager (5) which is intended to shape optical beams emitted from a miniature screen (1) of a system for the generation (4) of optical beams that are introduced into the imager by means of an input face and to direct same to the eye (O) of the wearer in order to enable an image (I) to be viewed. In addition, an adapter is referenced in relation to the imager, and the light beam generation system comprises a connection (4A) to said adapter, whereby the connection between the system and the adapter can be removed. According to the invention, the adapter comprises two catch hooks (11A, 11B) which are intended to be housed in the housings borne by the aforementioned connection (4A).
