<p>A loess bed assembly and a method of manufacturing the same for reducing a manufacturing process and promoting a light weight are provided to improve productivity and to reduce a cost by a convenient manufacture, to enable a user to carry and install it easily, and to promote a user's health by far-infrared rays. A method of manufacturing loess bed assembly comprises the steps of: stirring powder loess of 50-90 weight % and a fibrous reinforcement of 10-50 weight %; putting the mixed loess floor material into a mold for forming a pipe fixing groove(33a); forming a loess floor(33) by compressing and drying the mold at a pressure more than 10ton/cm^2; installing a hot water pipe(34) on the pipe fixing groove of the less floor; forming a loess bed floor body by arranging the loess floor on a support body that plywood(31) and an electrothermal plate(32) are arranged, and attaching a closing floor sheet(35) and a cloth finishing material(36); and arranging the loess bed floor body on a supporter of a bed.</p> |
