A 2-click hinge device of a folder type cellular phone is provided to differentiate rotation subjects in each section by configuring a fixing cam, so that an engaged rotation cam is rotated in a click section while an engaged tilt cam is rotated in a tilt section, thereby exactly controlling an opening angle of a cellular phone cover in 2 stages. A fixing cam(120) is fixed by being inserted into a hinge shaft(110), and configures a cam type for an inner part on one side as having a tilt projection, an inclined portion, and a caved portion in an outer part. A rotation cam(130) corresponds to the cam type of the fixing cam. A tilt cam(140) has a suspending projection braked in the tilt caved portion by moving along the tilt inclined portion and the projection on one side. A click spring(150) applies elastic power so that the rotation cam is automatically rotated in a tilt section. A housing(170) receives each component. A snap ring(180) fixes each component to the housing.
