A reaction injection molding device and a method for manufacturing a septic tank are provided to mold a thick product by controlling reaction speed. A reaction injection molding device includes a first monomer supply unit, a second monomer supply unit, and a molding unit. The first monomer supply unit includes a first tank(12) equipped with a mixer(13) for mixing a monomer and a catalyst, a first pump(14) for delivering chemical solution in the first tank, a cylinder-piston type first injector(15) for receiving chemical solution from the first pump and delivering the chemical solution to the molding unit, and a first heat exchanger(18) interposed between the cylinder-piston type first injector and the first tank. The first tank, the first pump, the first injector, and the first heat exchangers are sequentially connected through a first loop(11). The second monomer supply unit includes a second tank(22) equipped with a mixer(23) for mixing a monomer and a catalyst, a second pump(24) for delivering chemical solution in the second tank, a cylinder-piston type second injector(25) for receiving chemical solution from the first pump and delivering the chemical solution to the molding unit, and a second heat exchanger(28) interposed between the cylinder-piston type second injector and the second tank. The second tank, the second pump, the cylinder-piston type second injector, and the second heat exchanger are sequentially connected through a second loop(21). The molding unit includes an upper plate(31) and a lower plate. The chemical solution of a low viscosity is supplied to the molding unit by the first and second monomer supply units, and molded into a septic tank through a chemical reaction.
